This work deals with the events that add up to make the everyday occurrences of my life, from the extraordinary to the mundane. By photographing these scenes for the full duration of an event, like my wedding or the amount of time I spend stopped at the same light every morning as I merge onto the highway during rush hour, I’m able to create documents that show me everything I miss by participating in the event. I’m photographing that which I am experiencing, but am unable to see.
